Other Customizations

Go to your Wordpress > Customization > Other customizations. You will find the below options to customize your website

Header text Color
From here, you can choose the Header text color in the top left corner of your header section. You can explore all the color combinations to make sure your website looks the best version of itself.

Background Color
We have a lot of presets to choose from. However if you do not like the color combinations of these presets, you have the flexibility of choosing a background color for your website. You can try out different color combinations for header and website background and create a beautiful website.

Background Image
If you wish to go funky with your website, instead of choosing just a background color, you can choose a background image. Just click on select image. Then choose an image from the existing options in library or upload a new image.

Header Color
You can choose a separate color for the header of your website while keeping the existing preset. This can be very useful in scenarios when you like everything about the preset you have chosen but you have to change it just because the color combination of the header and body is not going well.

Navbar Text color
You can change the text color of your Header menu using this option. You can explore all the color combinations to make sure your website looks the best version of itself.

Footer Color
You can choose a separate color for the footer of your website while keeping the existing preset. This can be very useful in scenarios when you like everything about the preset you have chosen but you to change it just because the color combination of the footer and body is not going well.

Footer Text
You can customize the footer text from here which is visible in the bottom right hand corner

Show sidebar
Using this option you can customize the visibility of your sidebar.
  1. If you choose "no", sidebar will not be visible anywhere on your website.
  2. If you choose "on all pages", sidebar will be visible on all pages of your website.
  3. If you choose "not on homepage", sidebar will be visible everywhere except your homepage
  4. if you choose "only on homepage" sidebar will only be visible on the homepage of your website.
Sidebar position
With this option, you can decide whether you want to have the side bar on the left or the right side of your website. Simple select "Left" or "Right" from the dropdown.

Layout type
Here, you can choose how the content on your website is visible to your audience.
  1. If you choose "full width", the content on your website will be stretched across the full width of your website.
  2. If you choose "container", the content on your website will be shown in a container view i.e. there will be some margin left on both the sides.
Homepage Layout type
Using this option, you can choose to have a different layout for your Homepage and the rest of your website if you wish to.
  1. If you choose "Default", then the homepage layout will be set according to the layout type you have selected in the "Layout Type" section.
  2. If you choose "Full width", then your homepage layout will be set to Full width irrespective of what you have selected in the "Layout Type" section.
  3. If you choose "container", then your homepage layout will be set to container view, irrespective of what you have selected in the "Layout Type" section.
Navbar type
Under the Navbar type option,
  1. You may choose to have a "sticky top" navbar, which means you header will always be visible even if you scroll down on your website. It is similar to how freeze cells work in excel.
  2. Alternatively, you can also set is as "normal". In this case, the header will not be visible when you scroll down.
Enable Ajax search
You can enable Ajax search on your website using this option. Ajax search is basically an advanced form of search. It is also called live search because it reacts to the users' input. When users are typing, the live search shows suggestions on how to complete the keywords. You can also check the box below this option, to include images in the search suggestions.
  • number of search results to show in Ajax: You can choose the number of search results you want to show in Ajax from here. If you want to show all results, simple type in 0.
  • Start searching after "N" characters: You can set the number of characters after which the ajax results start showing up. For example if you set it to 3, ajax results will be shown after the user types in 3 characters. If you want ajax search to start showing up immediately, type in 0 here.
