[cmd_cashback_stores]

This shortcode is used to display stores which are:

• Marked as popular stores AND
• Have a cashback message

Below are the parameters that can be used with it.

1. title: By default, it is kept blank. If 'title' is set then it'll be shown as the Heading of the section.
2. show_popular: Possible values are 'false' (default) or 'true'. If this parameter is set to 'false' then all stores which have cashback will be shown. Otherwise this shortcode only shows Popular Stores which have cashback.
