Handling Missing Cashbacks

Missing cashbacks are the worst nightmare of any Cashback website. Yet, such situations do happen from time to time due to technical glitches or manual mistakes.

The sad part is, there is no automatic way to solve this. So each website may want to create its own process of handling missing cashbacks, depending on the team size and the affiliate networks/programs that they work with.

The easiest implementation of this would be to place a Contact Form on a WordPress Page, where users can fill the details of their transactions that went missing. The more advance implementation may be to link it to your Support Ticket system.
